Subscription Criteria |

| a) |
A subscription is payable for each casino
in operation on the first day of the subscription year, which is
currently 1st April. |
|
| b) |
For existing members, an additional
subscription is not payable for any casino which becomes operational
during the subscription year. |
|
| c) |
For members who resign during a
subscription year there is no part repayment of the subscription. |
